The breakfast was a great start to the day and the staff were so friendly. The rooms are even better than in photos. DEFINITELY coming back!

Staying at White House Hotel was truly a dream come true - from the warm and welcoming staff to the spacious and spotless room, every detail exceeded my expectations. The rooftop breakfast with a stunning view was a highlight. Just a small suggestion for more breakfast options, otherwise, a perfect stay.

Its location was central, walking distance to a Grand bazaar. The area was busy, an excellent base for me. The staff were both best and efficient.

Overall clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect near Blue Mosque as well as airport bus. We got room with nice decor and an excellent bathroom to relax. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable all the time.

The local touch and kind staff, especially Haroon, created a welcoming atmosphere. After a long journey, their early check-in was a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.

The hotel itself is special, the bedroom is comfortable. Location close to a tram station, handy for getting about.

Quirky hotel, all of the staff were responsive and attentive, peaceful location close to market. The room was neat, immaculate with very comfy beds and the overall experience was very pleasant.

The general areas were well-lit and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my cane. The hotel's proximity to key historical sites and the availability of a 24-hour reception added a sense of security and convenience for senior guests.

The children working there could offer more assistance with luggage for senior guests.

The hotel was well-appointed, I loved unique rooms and professional staff. The rooms were with a wonderful decoration. The location was ideal, for example, an Ottoman - era Friday mosque was at a moderate distance from the venue. Good restaurant easy walk to the hotel.

At White House Hotel, I always feel at home. The staff's help with adaptors made a great first impression. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and more, it suits me perfectly. I'm coming back this weekend without a doubt.

I personally found the seating area in some of the rooms to be a bit cramped, but I can see how others might appreciate having an extra space to relax.

The complimentary upgrade to a family room and the personalized gestures like the handwritten letter and farewell gifts truly made us feel special. The staff's friendliness, especially towards my child, and the 24/7 rooftop terrace cafe offering free drinks were delightful touches that enhanced our experience. If we visit Istanbul again, we would definitely choose this hotel for its exceptional hospitality.

The service at this hotel was really good. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and offered a refreshing drink. The staff were really good too provide us with helpful recommendations and advice. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance to major attractions and close to public transportation. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering a delicious spread of both continental and Turkish options.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! This place was perfectly located in the heart of all the tourist attractions, meaning we could walk easily to most of the key sites and to really excellent restaurants. Within 2 to 5 minutes, we could walk to the majority of the attractions, which was really convenient. The staff here went out of their way to help with any request at all times – from the Manager down - which made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, with great amenities like an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure sun terrace was a great facility, too.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in this city.

Located in the heart of Istanbul, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city's main tourist attractions, all within walking distance or a short tram ride. The staff is attentive and accommodating, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is varied and satisfying, and the terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding area. the hotel is conveniently located close to the tram station, making transportation throughout the city easy.

The shower cubicles in some of the rooms may be small and cramped, which could make showering uncomfortable for some guests.

The staff here were amazing and provided top-notch service. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was excellent with breathtaking views. The rooms were newly remodeled, clean, and well soundproofed. The hotel's prime location in Sultanahmet made it convenient to visit the major attractions and use public transportation.

I felt extremely welcome during my stay and had no reason to complain.
